Hello! My name is Esther but my friends call me Essie. If you are visiting my site, you love fitness & health as much as I do. Perhaps you are frustrated with not getting the results you’ve been working so hard for for awhile or for a long time. I totally get it. I’ve been there, too.

With so much information out there, it’s really hard to figure out which workouts produce the best results and what kind of diet will drop the pounds. Fast.

Having tried a bunch of different exercise plans and diets in the past 20 years, I’ve finally settled on something that works for me and I want to share it with you.

A truly long lasting fit lifestyle must include the mind & spirit.

If I truly wanted to be HAPPY and OWN the kind of lifestyle I wanted, I realized that I had to listen to my own body and be my own fitboss.

Creating healthy habits and breaking some that were hindering my success was Step One. You’ve seen this quote, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” In order to be successful, you MUST create habits that point towards your goals. The secret to achieving good habits? Hard work. Rinse & repeat. Fall down, get up and forge on ahead. I wish I had a magic wand for you here but this takes time and practice.

Step Two was to workout smarter so that I felt great and I moved better. Motion is lotion so emphasis was on moving daily. My workouts are programmed to help you get stronger and to gain (or regain) mobility. As we age, we need mobility! Moving in all planes of motion, or in 3D, is integral in my program.

In Step Three, I realized that in order to have truly long lasting results, mind/body connection had to be implemented. In training sessions, focus is on form and feeling the muscles being worked. This helps cultivate the mind/body connection. In every day life, bringing the same level of awareness to our actions help us be in the moment which deepens the mind/body connection. Do this over and over again? Habit forms (see Step One).

And if we miss a step and we will, we can always RESET and continue forward. Not holding onto your failures but to give yourself permission to start a clean slate the moment you realize what you could have done better, that’s a sure way to create success in your fit lifestyle journey.

If any of these resonate with you, reach out and let’s continue this conversation. I truly believe in community and that we need each other to make it in this world.

I would be honored and privileged to have you as my fitfam. Leave a message or leave a prayer request! I love hearing from you!

Thank you for visiting my site.
